Bake for 25 to 35 min. in preheated oven at 180°C. Your pies go from the freezer to the oven. As general rule, your pies are ready when they grow in size and get a golden brown colour both on top and bottom.
If your crust gets quickly much colour, then you can cover it with aluminium sheet or take down the temperature. Keep baking until its done!
Remember to rest your pies for at least 10-15 min. before cutting. Enjoy!
As a general rule, we recommend to preheat your oven on the fan at 180°C. Your pie goes from the freezer to the oven.
Baking time varies from 60-90 min. depending on the oven.
Pies with vent in the middle will grow in size and start bubbling once they are cooked also inside.
The proper colour is when your pie gets golden brown both on top and bottom. In case it gets much colour early, then cover with aluminium sheet and continue baking.
Rest your pie for 15-20 min. before cutting. Enjoy!
